GMW Advocaten charges fixed hourly rates. Itemized invoices are available on request. Invoices are sent on a monthly basis, so the client can keep track of costs. It is possible to agree on a fixed price.

Our lawyers’ hourly rates vary between € 150.00 and € 290.00, plus 6% office expenses and 19% BTW (Dutch VAT), depending on the nature and urgency of a case and the experience of the lawyer in charge of the case.
