The different legal teams at GMW Advocaten all literally work across borders, combining international legal aspects with the current Dutch jurisprudence.

The wide portfolio of expertise offered by our specialists benefit both GMW’s corporate and private international clientele as well as the large international community living in and around The Hague. We aim to find the optimal solution to the situation we have been called in for through in-depth knowledge, expertise and tailor made legal advice.

Our offices

GMW Advocaten is an independent law practice in The Hague, currently employing 24 lawyers. We are big enough to cover all legal needs that may arise and still small enough to maintain focus, efficiency and direct personal contact with our clients. We advise, litigate and mediate in a proactive manner, guiding our clients through the legal maze with confidence.

We also outsource our lawyers and legal experts, to cover short and medium term projects in companies who thus benefit from in-house legal knowledge at very competitive prices.

Many of our lawyers have additional degrees and in-depth expertise in a certain fields, qualifying them to carry the title of a specialist. For cases implying several different fields of expertise we have created practice groups, where up-to-date knowledge meets a hands-on, practical approach. We closely collaborate with a network of established tax, banking and auditing experts as well as notaries.
