Employment law 

Employment law, especially international employment law, is an ever-growing field within the GMW Advocaten-practice, responding to the current trend of high work force turnover and mobility on a global scale. We assist international companies that set up a branch in The Netherlands in harmonising their contracts with the requirements of Dutch labour law, as well as those cases where employment needs to be terminated.

GMW Advocaten also advises and represents employees of Dutch and international companies, working abroad or in The Netherlands, for international or Dutch employers.
