Dutch Foundation for Trotting and Racing financially independent Again

The task of Christiaan Mensink as administrator of the Dutch Foundation for Trotting and Racing (Stichting Nederlandse Draf- en Rensport) has come to an end. Imposed last year, the moratorium on payments ended on 9 June 2010, without an application for extension being filed. This means that the Foundation is now back on track, taking action and making payments independently.

We are very pleased to announce that Susan Meijler and Marjet Groenleer have joined GMW Advocaten. As experts in the field of international Family Law, they have gained a solid reputation for their handling of complex international divorce cases. Transfer clauses, divorce decrees, maintenance arrangements and visitation rights are dealt with on a daily basis. Both members of the vFAS (association of lawyers and divorce mediators specialising in family law) they have assisted in many divorce cases out of court.

And last but not least, Anthony Vleeming has recently joined GMW Advocaten. Within the General Practice Anthony will be focussing on Corporate and Insolvency law.
