Very helpful given the circumstances
It was not the smoothest process due to the complexity of international laws, but Eva has been very helpful given the circumstances. She was open to me on the possibilities and options and also what is going on with my case. Reassuring, supportive and very kind
I had an urgent matter regarding my tenancy agreement. Being an immigrant, I am not familiar with the law in the Netherlands. I found GMV lawyers on the IamExpat website. Very pleasant experience
It has been a very pleasant experience with the firm. Even though a process like an international child abduction is stressful enough and with all kind of emotion on the table, the GMW lawyers team was always able to instill confidence and security in me through their professionalism and efficiency. Lise-Milow Lagerwerf is a superb and magnificent international family lawyer, providing quick, accurate, and appropriate answers, and ensuring that emotions, without being relegated to a secondary role, did not interfere with the process. Thanks to her, and many other members of GMW (such as Sophie Vermuele), I was able to have my 15-month-old son back after 5 months during summer time (a short period considering what a process can delay, specially when it is elevated to the Higher Court). I must say that Lise-Milou also helped to have a smooth international divorce process. In both cases, She guided me through all aspects of the processes, both in the Netherlands and in Spain, and maintained assertive communication with everyone involved in the cases to ensure my son's best interests in every way possible. I will always be grateful to her and the firm in general. I HIGHLY recommend the firm to anyone who needs legal advice, specially in international family law (including international abduction).

Deserves at least 6 stars (when 5 is the max)
I can strongly recommend, from the bottom of my heart, GMW advocaten, especially Ms. Amber Willemsen. Amber represented me for a few months - and I can honestly write it - in the best way she could. She did a fantastic job. Absolutely great. This scale above has just 5 stars but I want to mention explicitly that the Amber's professionalism deserves at least 6 stars (when 5 is the max).
