Marieke Morshuis has a large wide-ranging inheritance practice.
Due to her expertise in the field of inheritance Marieke is instructed by notaries, fellow lawyers, executors and heirs throughout the Netherlands.
On a daily basis she advises and litigates on complex legal inheritance issues such as the settlement of an estate, usufruct, distribution and settlement of an estate, powers and discharge of the executor, determining the legal share and obtaining information about the estate.
She can also assist with successions that have an international character. The international element can be determined by the nationality of the client or by the fact that a domestic client has assets abroad.
