Regular immigration law is the area of law that concerns the admission to, residence in and removal of migrants from Dutch territory.
The following topics often play a role within immigration law:
Migrants who want to come and live and work in the Netherlands.
Employers who want to become a recognised sponsor so that they can bring employees into the Netherlands.
Employers who have received a sanction / fine from the IND because they have not fulfilled their obligations as (recognised) sponsors; or a fine from the Social Affairs and Employment Inspectorate (formerly the Labour Inspectorate) for violating the Foreign Nationals (Employment) Act.
How we can help
GMW is your partner in the field of regular immigration law. We advise foreign nationals and (prospective) employers on the migration process. We can guide you in this and, in part, take care of this process for you.
If you have questions about the right of asylum, we can refer you to a specialist in that area.
