Administrative law

The civil law process seems central to the purchase or realisation of real estate.

The buyer concludes a purchase agreement with the seller, and the project developer concludes an agreement for contracting work with the contractors.

Real estate & administrative law

However, administrative law plays a major role in the background. For example, a purchased home that appears to meet all expectations may prove to be an unexpected disappointment if the destination desired by the buyer does not comply with municipal regulations. Likewise, while your neighbours or homeowners’ association (VVE) may have given their blessing over your desired addition, without the correct permits, you may not be able to realise the extension you had planned.
