Daniëlle van den Heuvel

Daniëlle works in real estate & tenancy law and employment law. Within real estate & tenancy law, Daniëlle is mainly involved in rental disputes and procedures concerning real estate transactions. She represents real estate entrepreneurs, project developers, housing corporations and private individuals.

Within her employment law practice, Daniëlle is often called in to draw up or advise about settlement agreements between employers and employees. She  represents both parties. She also gives regular advice on non-competition clauses, and publishes monthly in the legal magazine Rendement.

Daniëlle regularly helps members of the expat community solve their international employment problems. She does so by understanding the person’s concerns and then providing expert advice and clear guidance on how to proceed.

Daniëlle is agile, responsive and is known for her clear, analytical and personal approach. In every case, she tries to make a difference and really help her client. Clients characterise Daniëlle as empathetic, involved and to the point.
