Martijn Leenen

Martijn works in the Corporate & Insolvency section and is mainly concerned with bankruptcy law. He assists bankruptcy trustees in small and large bankruptcies and advises or litigates for companies that are confronted with bankruptcy. He is also involved in corporate-oriented private law in the broadest sense of the word.

Martijn also handles administrative disputes, including enforcement disputes, disputes about permits, the Dutch Public Access to Government Information Act (Wet openbaarheid van bestuur, WOB) and changes to zoning plans. Martijn can also assist you in the area of government liability law. Martijn handles disputes in that area about compensation for damages, lawful government acts and illegal government acts.
