Maurice Van Kleef is mainly active in the Real Estate and Government section, in particular in the field of tenancy law, purchase/sale of real estate and apartment rights. Maurice is also active in the field of administrative law and general contract law.
Before that Maurice was a lawyer, he was an entrepreneur. After completing his law degree he remained active within his own company; Zapp students chauffeur services. During his entrepreneurship he had close contact with many different companies and therefore understands the mindset of an entrepreneur. In 2012 Maurice joined GMW advocaten as a lawyer. He represents private investors, housing associations, vacancy managers and owners’ associations and regularly appears in court. However, he does not only focus on the legal side of a case, but also endeavors to reach a practical solution. Maurice has a customer-oriented style and with his hands-on approach is committed to achieving maximum results for his clients. Both in negotiations and in court proceedings, he assists his clients successfully.
