Maurice van Kleef

Maurice Van Kleef is mainly active in the Real Estate and Government section, in particular in the field of tenancy law, purchase/sale of real estate and apartment rights. Maurice is also active in the field of administrative law and general contract law.

Before that Maurice was a lawyer, he was an entrepreneur. After completing his law degree he remained active within his own company; Zapp students chauffeur services. During his entrepreneurship he had close contact with many different companies and therefore understands the mindset of an entrepreneur. In 2012 Maurice joined GMW lawyers.

Maurice represents private investors, housing associations, vacancy managers and owners’ associations and regularly appears in court. He not only focuses on the legal side of a case, but also endeavours to reach a practical solution.

Maurice has a customer-oriented style and with his hands-on approach is committed to achieving maximum results for clients. He assists his clients successfully, both in negotiations and in court proceedings.

Maurice van Kleef has registered the following legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

  • General practice
  • Tenancy law

This registration obliges him to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
