Seliz Demirci

Seliz studied civil law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Within the Employment & Pension law section, she focuses on advising national and international employees and employers. This includes topics such as the assessment of settlement agreements, non-competition clauses, dismissal and the drafting of tailor-made employment contracts.

Seliz also has specific knowledge of (employment-related) migration law. She is therefore regularly approached by highly skilled migrants and their employers. You can turn to her for questions regarding residence rights of international employees, the Aliens Employment Act (Wav), the highly skilled migrant scheme and recognised sponsorship.

Seliz is highly engaged, thorough and honest. Clients characterise her as a dedicated, decisive lawyer who is committed to finding solutions. Seliz focuses not only on the legal side of a case, but also has an eye for the personal circumstances of her clients.
