Stephanie works as a lawyer in the fields of Property & Tenancy and Corporate & Insolvency.
Within Property & Tenancy, Stephanie is mainly involved in the purchase and delivery of real estate, rental property and real estate financing, including attachments and executions. She is also involved in VVE issues. Her clients include real estate entrepreneurs, project developers and real estate agents.
Within the Business & Insolvency section, Stephanie is involved in advising and litigating on financing in combination with security (pledge, mortgage, deposit, bank guarantee, settlement etc.). She also advises companies and directors on restructuring, making a restart and (re-)financing, as well as disputes, for example with receivers or banks. Stephanie is also familiar with drawing up and assessing contracts and debt collection.
