Trademark law

There are different kinds of brands. All trademarks aim at distinguishing your products or services from those of someone else.

The most common brands are trade names and logos. Based on your trademark you can prohibit the use of the same designation by others. The scope of protection varies from case to case.

We will be happy to assist you in registering your trademark, defining a brand strategy and drafting licensing agreements. If necessary, we can litigate on your behalf in case of trademark infringement.
