Lotte Meisters specialises in family law. She handles national and international divorces, maintenance disputes, paternity cases and all other family law matters in which children are central.
Before Lotte joined GMW lawyers, she worked as a senior judicial clerk at the District Court of The Hague, Family Team. As a result, she has extensive knowledge of how judges work and of the internal processes within the court. That experience enables her to assess legal positions sharply and, together with clients, determine the best possible strategy.

15 years of parenting plan
This month, the mandatory parenting plan celebrates its 15th anniversary. Following a divorce or dissolution of a registered partnership, you will certainly need a parenting plan if you have minor children together. A parenting plan is also mandatory if you have been in a relationship and have joint parental authority.
