Wladimir Schmidt

Wladimir Schmidt has extensive experience in insolvency law, financial restructuring and company law.

In recent years, Wladimir has worked both within the legal profession and in Special Management at Rabobank. His focus here was on restructuring, governance and insolvency issues.

At GMW lawyers, Wladimir focuses on corporate (financial) restructuring, including WHOA agreements, financing and securities and corporate law. The knowledge and experience of his time at a bank is of great value in this regard. Wladimir, who also studied medicine, has particular knowledge and experience in healthcare law and acts for healthcare companies and institutions.

Wladimir will always want to find a solution for his clients in consultation with the other parties involved. If litigation is necessary to achieve the intended goal, clients can rely on his extensive litigation experience.
