During his studies, he immersed himself in various insolvency law issues such as recovery damages and directors’ liability. He is also closely involved in advising on WHOA proceedings.
Prior to his time at GMW, Daniel worked at a notary’s office, where he gained extensive experience with complex corporate structures.
