Dylan Bertsch specializes in family law and is a committed and passionate lawyer and mediator.
He takes a careful and result-oriented approach. He does so not only in an advisory and mediating role; when a case ends up before the court or tribunal, he argues it with verve.
Dylan is an alimony specialist, for both child maintenance and spousal maintenance. He is therefore part of the Alimony Commission of the Association of Family and Inheritance Lawyers Divorce Mediators (vFAS). Dylan also deals with the settlement of complex prenuptial agreements and the division of the community of property. His previous experience as an inheritance lawyer comes in handy. In addition, Dylan always has an eye for the best interests of the child.
