She practices company law in the broadest sense of the word:

• Goods, financing & collateral: Stephanie advises and litigates on establishing and extracting collateral for financing (property, mortgage, retention, deposit, statutory ranking and ranking procedures etc.);
• Commercial contracts: Stephanie advises and litigates on cooperation, purchase and sale, broken negotiations, breach of contract, shortcomings, damage and directors’ liability;
• Legal person: Stephanie advises and litigates on disputes between shareholders, partners or directors and the termination of partnerships. She also supervises company takeovers.

In the field of insolvency law, Stephanie deals with:

• Advising and assisting companies in difficulties with restructuring and offering agreements;
• Advising and litigating on disputes with curators, such as directors’ and officers’ liability, enforcement of securities, substitution, pauliana etc.

Stephanie is also regularly appointed by the Court of The Hague as bankruptcy trustee. Stephanie uses her expertise as a bankruptcy curator to give the best possible advice.

Stephanie also works in the property law section, allowing her to form a bridge to corporate law. Within this section, Stephanie is mainly concerned with the sale, purchase and delivery of real estate, real estate financing and the enforcement of collateral. Execution disputes and ranking procedures are therefore no stranger to her. Her clients include real estate entrepreneurs, project developers, retailers and brokers.

This registration obliges her to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
