‘The Best Solutions Are Often Simple’

If there’s one place where miscommunication can have a serious impact, it’s in the workplace. When the situation is further complicated by cultural differences and mutual misunderstandings, finding a solution requires a unique combination of relevant knowledge and the decisiveness to apply it effectively.

Roos van Zaltbommel, an employment lawyer within the Employment & Pensions section, is particularly skilled in this area. She is involved in various matters, including dismissal cases, non-compete clauses, disputes between employers and employees, and the employer’s duty of care.

Roos translates her clients’ wishes into a step-by-step plan tailored to their needs and interests. She works at a fast pace, which is necessary when clients want to resolve a labour dispute quickly.

Roos negotiates sharply but fairly, with a clear vision, ensuring that a good deal also provides a real solution. She avoids litigation as long as possible, but when it becomes necessary, she applies the same know-how and energy.

For Roos, GMW advocaten represents freedom. The freedom to be yourself and to develop professionally. But with the firm’s location near the sea and beach, GMW also offers Roos space. Surfing, sailing close to the wind and clearing her mind—this is how Roos performs at her best.
