Glenn Kerver

‘Quick to the Core and Focused on the Solution’

When everything is properly arranged, real estate can be a peaceful asset: tenants pay, easements are clearly documented, and in the event of a sale or purchase, agreements are honoured. But often, things are not ‘properly arranged.’ What should be done then?

For these and any other real estate-related questions, you can rely on lawyer Glenn Kerver, an experienced expert within both the real estate and rental law sections of GMW advocaten. Glenn not only possesses legal knowledge (he successfully completed the Grotius specialist training in Real Estate), but he also has a deep understanding of the market. This allows him to act swiftly and effectively, which is crucial when dealing with real estate.

His clients- primarily (foreign) real estate investors, SMEs, and landlords—engage with him for matters such as real estate transactions, matters of ownership and prescription, and rental and liability disputes. This requires not just knowledge, but also decisiveness, interpersonal skills, and trust. Glenn values the importance of building strong relationships.

Glenn’s goal is to solve your problem and provide you with sound advice. He tackles this in a targeted and pragmatic way. When it comes to litigation, Glenn is in his element: that’s where he truly comes alive.

At GMW advocaten, Glenn finds the growth opportunities he seeks as a driven professional. He values the ample opportunities at GMW for interpersonal collaboration, social initiatives, and relaxation.

However, several exceptions still exist. This article highlights the most important ones.
