Koen Vermeulen is a lawyer at GMW advocaten and associate partner. He specialises in employment law, employee participation law and pension law. He has more than twenty years of experience in these areas and advises on a wide range of employment law matters.
His practice includes matters relating to dismissal, employee participation and pension schemes. He assists companies, organisations, institutions and individuals.
In addition to his practice, Koen regularly publishes and teaches, driven by his academic interest in employment law. He teaches, among other things, collective labour law at the Employment Law Specialisation Course organised by Leiden University.
Koen acts with a (pro)active commitment to his client’s interests. Even when multiple parties or conflicting interests are involved, Koen maintains his focus on the broader picture.
